Cultured and Vegan Cheese-Making Workshop (Kitchen Arts #2)

Description

Whether you are vegan, lactose-intolerant or just want to try different flavours, vegan cheeses are a real adventure. Come and learn to make both quick non-cultured and long-term cultured pant-based cheeses: this is an introductory workshop-demonstration for beginners and curious food sovereignty explorers. Participants will receive handouts with plant-based cheese recipes and troubleshooting.  Enroll in both workshops as a short course, and receive a 15% discount!

About the Instructor

Silvia Di Blasio, CCDP is an experienced certified life and career coach with a special passion for food sovereignty. Apart from her usual work, Silvia teaches many food skills workshops around Vancouver from meal planning to vegetable gardening to food preservation methods. Silvia is also a permaculture practitioner, teacher, and consultant.
