Doughgirls Summer Harvest Baking


Welcome to summer and the abundance of what’s growing at the farm!
Summer baking should be simple, satisfying and fresh, so that kitchen time is kept to a minimum, while producing satisfying desserts and savories that you’ll want to make again and again.  This down-home approach to baking will be hands-on and full of variations and ideas to keep things inspiring in your own kitchen.  At least one dessert and one savory will be included, and participants will take home their delicious creations! 

About the Instructors

Rose Concepcion and Thuy Kelp are two long-time friends who met working in the culinary industry many years ago. Their shared passion for cooking, baking and all things pertaining to food and hospitality has inspired their careers as chefs, including their latest project, “Doughgirls Comfort Kitchen & Bakeshop”.  Their passion shines through in the quality of their goods and a desire to share their beautiful creations with their customers and students.
