Homemade Cultured and Fun Vegan Cheeses

We are bringing this workshop with Silvia back by poplar demand! Register early as there is a very limited amount of kitchen space to work with at the farm and a lot of interest. Whether you are vegan, lactose-intolerant or just want to try different flavours, vegan cheeses are a real adventure. Come and learn to make both quick non-cultured and long-term cultured pant-based cheeses: this is an introductory workshop-demonstration for beginners and curious food sovereignty explorers. Participants will receive handouts with plant-based cheese recipes and troubleshooting solutions.

About the Instructor

Silvia de Blasio is the owner and founder of Mainstream Permaculture, a social enterprise dedicated to empowering individuals, families and communities around food sovereignty and sustainable life choices. Silvia is also an experienced certified life and career coach who uses permaculture, ecopsychology and systems theory to support people’s and communities’ resilience building.
