Hands-on Roman Pizza and Focaccia Workshop

About the Workshop

You may not have an Italian Mamma, but now you can learn to make Roman Pizza & Focaccia like one! In this hands-on class cook, pasta maker & actor Peter Ciuffa, provides all the ingredients & knowledge so that you learn to make Roman street pizza at home, plus his Mom’s Focaccia recipe. You’ll learn the classic Margherita, a second seasonal pizza, taste both of them, and go home with the dough you just made.

About the Instructor

You may know Peter Ciuffa from him selling his artisan pasta at Vancouver & UBC Farmer’s Markets. Maybe it was when he was one of the original team members at the amazing Savio Volpe restaurant. There’s also chance you recognize him from his cooking appearances on CTV and Global, or from acting on shows like The Good Doctor, and Supernatural. However you know him, you’ll learn to cook like an Italian Mamma. He provides everything and teaches you the skills and traditions passed down to him by the women in his Family, plus a few cook’s tricks. The most important thing to remember is Peter’s motto, “Eat with those you Love!®”
