Learn How to Make Your Own Sourdough

About the Workshop
Creating your own artisan sourdough is a lengthy but rewarding experience. The whole process usually spans over two days! In this 3-hour class, we will have different stages of dough ready in advance to demonstrate as best as possible what to expect when doing it at home. You will start your own loaf during the class, bring it home, and finish baking it in your oven, with detailed instructions. We will explain how to care for your starter (which will be shared during the class) and bake a loaf together to be enjoyed at the end of the class. In addition, a small tasting of a few incredible sourdoughs will be served, alongside butter and cheese. Please bring: a medium size mixing bowl, with a lid if possible, to bring your dough home, a small container to take some sourdough starter, and an apron. (If you don’t own an apron, we will have some available for you to use.)
