About this Workshop

Creating your own artisan sourdough is a lengthy but rewarding experience. The whole process usually spans over 2 days. In this 3-hour class, different stages of dough will be ready in advance to demonstrate as best as possible what to expect when you’re doing it at home. You will start your own loaf during the class, bring it home, and finish baking it in your oven with detailed instructions! We will explain how to care for your starter (which will be shared during the class) and bake a loaf together to be enjoyed at the end of the class. Please bring a large mixing bowl (8 cups or more) for your unbaked loaf and a small container to bring sourdough starter home in.
