The Art of Cheese: A Tasting & Discovery Workshop
About the Workshop
Discover the fascinating world of cheese —from the basics of how cheese is crafted to the techniques that create a wide variety of textures, flavors, and styles. We’ll talk through the key techniques behind different types of cheese—from fresh and soft-ripened to aged and blue—and learn how factors like milk type, aging, and rind development shape flavor and texture. Best of all, you’ll get to sample a curated selection of exceptional cheeses that demonstrate these techniques! Whether you’re just getting into cheese or looking to deepen your understanding, this workshop promises to entertain, educate, and delight your palate. Come taste, learn, and fall in love with cheese together!
