About this Workshop

Learn how to make delicious and nutritious:

  • Vegan Pho
  • Fresh Rolls
  • Sauce (for the rolls)

Everything will be vegan-friendly. Although this workshop will be primarily demonstration-based, participants will have a chance to get hands-on when creating the fresh rolls.

About the Instructor

Hazel Dao was born and grew up in the northern part of Vietnam, and learned to cook when she was 10 years old. After learning techniques of northern Vietnamese cuisine, her cooking experience expanded when she later moved to Ho Chi Minh City (southern Vietnam). She’s been in Canada for about a year now, and works as a cook at Burgoo restaurant. She wants to share with you her 15 years of creating the spirit of my country’s culinary delights.
