About this Workshop
In this workshop, Brendan Young, will share with you how to grow your own garlic in containers or your garden beds. Brendan will share why it is so great to grow your own organic garlic, how to choose the perfect bulb for planting, where to plant garlic in your garden or patio, preparing the soil & planting and growing & harvesting your perfect garlic bulb.
About the Instructor
Brendan Young has worked for EarthBites School Garden Program in Vancouver for 10 years years showing teacher, students & parents how to grow their own food & create their own delicious seasonal snacks. Brendan is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist & taught at Canadian School of Natural Nutrition for eight years. He also works at his Uncle’s Farm & you will find him at Trout Lake Farmers Market in the Summer months.
