Bookable hours for events are 9:00AM - 9:00PM - Saturdays are bookable 3:00PM - 9:00PM only. Events booking the evening must be cleaned up and off-site for lock-up at 9:00PM. We can often accommodate rental pick-up and clean-up the morning after the event - 'late fees' may apply.

Please refer to current guidelines, updated on our Bookings page. Your total number of allowed participants includes all photographers, caterers, wedding planners, and UBC Farm Events staff.

Relates to requesting a Special Occasion License from BC Liquor.

Relates to requesting a burn permit from the Fire Department. Applies to open fires (fire pit) or tiki torches (decorations).
Will you have amplified sound?
This could be live music, recorded sound, or any sound that comes out of speakers. Sound must abide by the UBC Farm Noise Management Plan.
