Your preferred date(s)?
*
If you have multiple dates available, please list all of them. Greater flexibility of dates will increase the likelihood that we'll be able to schedule your preferred requests. Note that the Farm is usually closed on Sundays, and, therefore, the Farm is generally unable to host custom workshops on Sundays. If Sunday is the only day of the week available to your group, please do still inquire, as there are special circumstances when the Farm is open on Sundays.
Preferred exact timing on that day or dates?
*
Most programs occur between 9-5 pm, but can extend into the evening hours, as late as 9 pm. If you have complete flexibility on timing (9 am – 9 pm), please write “flexible.”
Workshops generally occur at the UBC Farm. If you'd like your workshop to be offered at a different location (in the Vancouver region), please explain:
In addition to the physical location (address), please include any other details that might be relevant to your preferred workshop, such as access to kitchen, audio-visual equipment, etc..
All of our customized programs include a short introduction to UBC Farm and its programs. In addition to this short introduction, would you like a tour of the Farm?
