We thank Scout Magazine for promoting our upcoming online workshop focused on learning how to identify wild foods in spring. On April 21st, we have a workshop named Spring Foraging – Shoots, Leaves, Edible Trees, hosted by chef and foraging expert Robin Kort who will teach you how to find her favourite spring treats and how to cook or preserve them to get the most out of your harvest.
